Inlet Drive's Brooke Atkinson Joins Fidelity Real Estate LLC.

Inlet Drive's Brooke Atkinson, a Florida Realtor®, recently joined Fidelity Real Estate, LLC. Fidelity Real Estate was founded by broker James Morlock. Mr. Morlock has an extensive background in real estate and enjoys specializing in waterfront property receiving the nickname "Waterfront Jim".

Atkinson chose to work with Morlock because of his impressive background consisting of degrees from Michigan State University School of Business in both Marketing and Finance and a Masters in Economics at the University of Wisconsin. He obtained his law degree at the University of Maryland School of Law with emphases in Real Estate Law and Urban Planning and Development Law and Labor Law. He set sales records for over 10 years in Maryland before moving to Florida to earn his Florida real estate broker's license. Morlock has more than twenty-five years of experience, including over 500 successfully closed real estate transactions. He has personally sold OVER 8 MILES OF WATERFRONT, an achievement few can claim.

Ms. Atkinson is excited to learn and work with Morlock for Florida waterfront property is a natural fit for Atkinson. Atkinson was born and raised in South Florida and grew up on the intercostal waterways. From a young age Ms. Atkinson was boating and grew to love everything involving water. She was a Olympic Trial Qualifier who swam Division I at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her love for the water continued as she became sponsored by CWB Boards Co. in cable wakeboarding and found another passion when she and LikiTiki swept all award categories at the Nova Southeastern Sailfish Tournament. All of Atkinson's experiences on the water lends her the knowledge needed to sell waterfront property. Knowing the width and depths of canals, dock regulations, electricity, tides, history and more Atkinson will disclose information to ensure a waterfront parcel lives up to expectations.

As one can tell, Ms. Atkinson loves to compete, she translates this love directly into her career as she strives to be the best she can by challenging herself in the toughest markets. Ms. Atkinson graduated with a BA in Communications and a minor in Business from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She then worked for 3 years as a marketing director for a international program, 2 years with a major medical device company as a territory manager in Miami, FL and later recruited by a major developer here in Fort Lauderdale, FL. She has recently left the developer to make her own mark within real estate launching Inlet Drive as a service of Fidelity Real Estate LLC. She is excited to bring everything she has learned within marketing, sales, real estate and negotiation to best serve her clients in the South Florida market.
